Book: “Stories of the American West, Volume 1” has been released.

Hello all, I am proud to say our new Western genre book became available this past week. I am a long time Louis L’Amour and westerns reader, as well as Kindle reader for 13+ years. I also am a first time western author, just releasing “Stories of the American West, Volume 1” available in paperback and Kindle (&KU). There is a free preview there so you can read the first story for free, and available to KU subscribers for free. It is a bit unique in that is both fiction and non-fiction. The first three stories are fictional western short stories, written by my great great uncle (a real cowboy, rodeo star, and outfitter), before his death in 1950, followed by a non-fictional article he wrote about his family’s outfitting business and the large scale Colorado Wilderness trail rides they pioneered in the 30s and 40s. I received these previously unpublished works about 2 years ago, and spent a good amount of time researching and editing them. The final part of the book, is a non-fiction article I wrote about that family’s Last Hunting Camp which I attended fifty years ago, in 1972. Would love any feedback you may have, especially if you are into westerns and/or the outdoors.
